Paper Plus, Berkeley

Paper Plus is a unique, 3,000 square foot retail party supply store packed to the ceiling with party goods, balloons, piñatas, concession rentals, and so much more. It’s a one of a kind party goods store that’s been in Berkeley, California for over 28 years. In the beginning, we were mostly a stationery and closeout paper store receiving closeouts from Papyrus, card reps and gift show booths. As the Internet began to affect card purchases, supplies of closeouts began to dry up. We adapted by supplying specialty papers and fancy envelopes to allow people to design and print their own invites, thank you cards, and wedding programs. Our holiday half price cards were so popular that we began adding holiday party goods, decorations and all items that would complement the theme of that particular holiday. We then branched out to everyday party goods including specialty themes such as casino, luau, and breast cancer.
